First impression was quite bad due to a stale smell in the room and without windows. But once the air conditioning is turned on, that smell went away and felt quite good. Room was quiet probably due to no windows. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helped with every enquiry we had. It provided luggage storage facility as our flight was very late.

I will never stay there again. I cannot recommend this hotel. They didn't accept free cancellation even though they had a reason, and although I thought it was a new hotel, it was an old hotel. It faced a main road and was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I was surprised that there was no hair dryer in the room. It was also in a location where it was difficult to catch a taxi. Please refer to this if you have read this.
